Bhaskar Enaganti
CEO and Founder
As an Entrepreneur, Bhaskar has 20 years of experience in management, consulting, engineering and organizational leadership in both startups and Big5 consulting houses.
Prior to founding GloMantra Inc, Bhaskar founded two startups - Aalayance Inc., (acquired by HCL Technologies) and Enterprise Component Technologies Inc., (ECT). He served as Managing Director of Aalayance where he was primarily responsible for building the organization ground to a 150+ member team, and for driving the Aalayance acquisition by HCL Technologies.
Prior to the entrepreneurial ventures, Bhaskar was at Center for Strategic Technology & Research (CSTaR) of Accenture at Chicago, primarily driving the development of the Knowledge-based Software Assistant (KBSA). Prior to Accenture, Bhaskar was at Telco, a TATA company, where he spearheaded the architecture and delivery of a CASE tool called Turbo Analyst, India's first packaged software product for global market in 1991.
Bhaskar holds a Masters in System Science & Automation from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and a Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras.
Bharath Yadla
VP - Marketing & Product Strategy, and Founder
As an Entrepreneur, Bharath brings over 14 years of experience in product strategy & marketing, professional services and general management in startups.
Prior to founding GloMantra Inc, as a Regional Manager at Cast Iron Systems Inc., (acquired by IBM, a Sequoia-Norwest funded startup), Bharath managed the Professional Services for Western Region, US. He was responsible for 3 fold revenue growth and managing the portfolio of over 100+ accounts including customers like Salesforce, Apple, and Boeing.
Prior to Cast Iron, Bharath co-founded Aalayance Inc., (a startup acquired by HCL Technologies). At Aalayance, Bharath was responsible for driving the professional services and pre-sales of TIBCO Practice. He spearheaded the product management and delivery for 12 TIBCO products.
Bharath holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and Bachelor's degree from SV University, Tirupathi, India.
Khanderao Kand
CTO, and Founding Member
Khanderao has 20 years of experience as a software technology leader in software architecture, product development and management in startups as well as global software firms including Oracle.
Khanderao has been Principal Architect of new Fusion applications and SOA Suite Development at Oracle Corporation. Prior to Oracle, he was the Lead Architect at Peoplesoft, driving the development of Peopletools platform and CRM marketing product. He was the lead architect at Annuncio, a startup acquired by Peoplesoft.
Khanderao has been member of various standardization committees including BPEL and SCA at OASIS. He is a writer on technology topics in leading journals including Java Developers, SOA Development and Web Services. He is a co-author of upcoming book 'Java with SOA' by Prentice Hall & Pearson Publications.
Khanderao holds a Masters from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, Bachelor's degree from Pune University, and Advanced Project Management (SAPM) at Stanford University, California.
Prasad Akili
VP - Engineering, and Founding member
Prasad has over 17 years of experience in developing products and enterprise solutions in the area of Enterprise Application Integration, Frameworks and Component-based technologies. He co-founded Aalayance Inc., (a startup acquired by HCL Technologies).
As a Solution Architect, architected and deployed large scale EAI projects for global customers in Finance, Petroleum and Telecom verticals. As Engineering Manager, he managed the complete lifecycle of 11+ products including Adaptors for EJB and IBM MQSeries for Tibco. As VP of Engineering, he led the development of LiveMaps product in ECT Inc.
Prasad holds a Post Graduate diploma from ICA, Bangalore, and Bachelor's degree in Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad, India.
Devanand Gaddam
Director - Engineering Services, and Founder
Devanand has over 15 years of experience in managing large scale enterprise solutions in the area of ERP and custom applications on Oracle platforms.
As a delivery manager, successfully developed 3+ large projects for clients in networking and finance domains spread across UK & USA. As a project manager, managed 2+ large projects for clients in energy & utilities domain.
Devanand holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from S.V. University, Tirupathi, India.
